Shoulder Milling

The shoulder cutters are designed to perform many operations.

CoroMill® 490 maximizes the potential in smaller machines (spindles of taper size 30-40) replacing several different tools in your inventory. These machines are used in the shallow cutting of near-net shape castings and forgings. CoroMill 490's light, precise cutting action with less force is a winning combination for batch production and small depths of cut, efficiently achieving a finished product in one pass.

CoroMill 390 when combined with the Coromant Capto® tool holding system can build the shortest and most stable set up in your machine, for great metal removal rates. And when you combine this with grades from the new insert generation you get a tool solution of no compromise.
