Face and shoulder mill
CoroMill 490 can increase productivity in shallow cut face and shoulder milling for small/medium batch operations by 100 per cent.
CoroMill 490 uses four-edge inserts with light cutting, a result of innovative insert geometry with new generation, high performance grades. These require less force for cutting, give sharper edge lines and a smoother profile for less finishing. This is the first cutter with true 90 degree cuts without sharp steps.
