Identify areas for improvement
Together we will sit down and discuss your operations to identify potential problem areas to be targeted for improvement.
Pre-study
The team begins gathering data through the pre-study phase gaining knowledge of operations through observation. The data is compiled and analysed, to discover potential improvements, which are presented to you for approval prior to validation.
Conducting programme
The findings are validated on the shop floor. We fully document the suggested changes on your machines while testing, and use this information to compile a report detailing areas for improvement and projected cost savings.
Implentation and follow-up
