Not one but two new grades to tackle the extreme demands of titanium milling. Together these grades amount to a new level of reliable long lasting performance. And they are available for a large selection of milling cutters.
S30T
Benefit from running at higher cutting speeds and with sharp cutting edges that resist fatigue and micro chipping, the result is a cutting edge which withstands longer times in cut.
S40T
When the odds are against you this grade will withstand vibrations, a grade to rely on when machining gets unpredictable.

Introducing a range of integrated tool holders which are compatible with our exchangeable-head tools. These holders achieve a secure performance better than a cylindrical shank clamped in a precision chuck, with comparable tool overhang regarding torque transmission, run out and accuracy. They provide the shortest programming length possible.
With modular tooling possibilities the holders can be used in many tooling combinations to suit application and machine tool, from a smaller inventory of standard items. For greater tooling flexibility these holders reduce set-up times, require minimum adjustment of tool length for each application and a stable performance is always guaranteed.
