When times are tough it is so important to make smart choices. Choices that will stand the test of time.

Whether it is your machining process, tooling investment, or selection of insert and grade, with thousands of new products and millions of ideas, our solutions can make all the difference in helping you to success and emerge stronger.

Milling titanium?
You need S30T and S40T

Not one but two new grades to tackle the extreme demands of titanium milling. Together these grades amount to a new level of reliable long lasting performance. And they are available for a large selection of milling cutters.

S30T
Benefit from running at higher cutting speeds and with sharp cutting edges that resist fatigue and micro chipping, the result is a cutting edge which withstands longer times in cut.

S40T
When the odds are against you this grade will withstand vibrations, a grade to rely on when machining gets unpredictable.

Integrated tool holders
with exchangeable-head coupling

Introducing a range of integrated tool holders which are compatible with our exchangeable-head tools. These holders achieve a secure performance better than a cylindrical shank clamped in a precision chuck, with comparable tool overhang regarding torque transmission, run out and accuracy. They provide the shortest programming length possible.

With modular tooling possibilities the holders can be used in many tooling combinations to suit application and machine tool, from a smaller inventory of standard items. For greater tooling flexibility these holders reduce set-up times, require minimum adjustment of tool length for each application and a stable performance is always guaranteed.

CoroThread® 266
Now with two unique
grades for threading

For the ultimate in quality in all your threading operations the recently introduced grade GC1125 is now complemented with new GC1135. So whatever the material, you have a grade perfect for the job. Reduce your number of passes and guarantee an ultra-stable, accurate and repeatable process time after time.

The CoroThread 266 family of threading tools features the patented iLock technology, which provides unparalleled stability to all types of threading applications. CoroThread 266 resists the extreme directional cutting forces involved in typical thread machining. This gives you consistently accurate thread profiles and the ability to run more aggressive cutting data.

Threading for every need
